The desired product to be filled is held in a stainless steel reservoir, then pumped into a manifold to disperse product to each of your filling nozzles. Once the product reaches your desired cosmetic fill level in each bottle, excess product or foam overflows back to the reservoir. Advantages of the Overflow Filler include even fill levels, variable pressure pump speed control (to reduce foam), and ease of operation.

This Automatic Chuck Capper sorts, places and torques caps. Caps are individually picked up by the mechanical swing arm and moved to the capping head. The container then moves under the capping station as the cap is accurately placed and torqued onto the bottle threads. This machine is intended for production speeds of 10-15 per minute for bottles up to 4″ diameter and caps up 53mm. Components for larger bottles/caps will be quoted upon review of samples. Cap Feeding and Sorting Systems are sold separately for configuration purposes.

Automatic Single Head Chuck Capper
This Automatic Chuck Capper uses torque-open chuck design to place and torque caps automatically at speeds up to 20bpm. It comes standard with an Allen Bradley control package and powder-coated mild steel frame with interlocked polycarbonate safety doors. The single cam system, controls chuck height as well as the pick-off assembly. It comes equiped with sensors for empty chute, container in place, and container stand-by. It is capable of handling 1 bottle and 1 cap up to 33mm for straight and angled neck containers. The Automatic Chuck Capper is designed for flow-through integration with a 4.5” wide conveyor.
