Visually Consistent Automatic Filling Machine

APACKS Automatic Pressure Overflow Filler is typically used in consumer packaging applications where a consistent visual (cosmetic) fill level is required. The desired product to be filled is held in a stainless steel reservoir, then pumped into a manifold to disperse product to each of your filling nozzles. Once the product reaches your desired cosmetic fill level in each bottle, excess product or foam overflows back to the reservoir. Advantages of the Overflow Filler include even fill levels, variable pressure pump speed control (to reduce foam), and ease of operation.

This Filler is manufactured with heavy duty 304 stainless steel, high quality tig-welded tube frame and is available with 1 to 16 Fill Heads. It also comes standard with PLC controls and color touch screen HMI, a stainless steel reservoir, and Pneumatic Indexing Gates, plus many more features. Further options are available for even more versatility. Overflow Fillers are commonly used for filling beverages and other thin products, especially where foam or bottle inconsistency might be an issue. APACKS’ Overflow Filler can be built to suit sanitary, hazardous, flammable and corrosive environments.

    Here is an aerosol filling line that’s perfect for start-ups or small volume production. It features semi-automatic operation to produce 600 to 900 aerosol containers per hour with only 3 operators. The first operator loads containers on to our rotary loading table while inspecting the containers for quality. Filling is performed by an automatic single head, or two head, tabletop piston filling machine for consistent filling volume. The second operator manually places the spray valve on the container. Both the single head valve crimper and 5 head gasser/shaker are automatic. The third operator takes the spray cans from the rotary accumulating table, applies the label with the semi-automatic labeler, puts the cap on, gives a final inspection and places the finished product into the cases.

    The Dry Product Filling Machine Weigh and Fill System is primarily utilized for products like ground coffee, seeds, spices, beads, soap powder, or dry chemicals. The target fill range varies from a 1/2 oz. to 5 lbs. By using a weigh hopper that drops the entire weighment at once, and an electro magnetic vibrator, this filler is both fast and accurate at high speeds. It has an automatic scale, automatic tare, automatic feed, and speed controls for bulk, and dribble feed rates. This is the ideal filling machine when speed and accuracy are of upmost importance.
