Vertical Auger Quik Mixers

The APACKS Quik Mix combines a unique material dispersing paddle with a direct drive vertical screw to create a high-speed mixing action that ensures complete, uniform mixing of pellets, regrinds, color concentrates and other free flowing materials in 10 – 15 minutes or less. The batch timer and motor controls are simple and easy to use and the large slide gate located at the mixer’s bottom discharge permits rapid emptying of mixed material prior to refilling the mixer.

Standard Features

  • Scoop Blade: Innovative scoop blade at the bottom of the screw shaft draws material into the bottom of the screw tube.
  • Steep Sloped Hopper: The 60 degree steep sloped hopper of the Quik Mix body aids material flow during mixing and discharge for complete material clean out.
