We manufacture our Automatic Capper for liquid packaging lines here in our facility. It is flexible, durable and works with most containers and caps including flat caps, sport caps, metal lids and many others. It’s built on a heavy duty, tig welded, stainless steel frame with anodized aluminum plate construction to provide durability in almost any packaging environment. The modular design lets you start with just a cap tightener and easily add capabilities when you need them.
APACKS’ Automatic Chuck Capper places and torques caps automatically. The Cap Sorter (sold separately) sorts the caps which are individually picked up by the mechanical swing arm and moved to the Chuck Head while containers are stabilized by the Pneumatic Bottle Gripping Assembly. After the Chuck Head applies appropriate torque to the cap, the container moves down APACKS Conveyor (sold separately).
This Automatic Chuck Capper sorts, places and torques caps. Caps are individually picked up by the mechanical swing arm and moved to the capping head. The container then moves under the capping station as the cap is accurately placed and torqued onto the bottle threads. This machine is intended for production speeds of 10-15 per minute for bottles up to 4″ diameter and caps up 53mm. Components for larger bottles/caps will be quoted upon review of samples. Cap Feeding and Sorting Systems are sold separately for configuration purposes.
Our Pneumatic Handheld Capper is a portable cap tightener, capable of tightening or removing screw type caps. An adjustable clutch reduces cap damage and reduces insert wear. This Capper is pressure-activated, simply started by gently pushing down on top of the capped bottle. This means no on/off switches or levers. Once the cap is tight, the chuck automatically stops and you can move onto the next bottle. The CAH-1000 includes an adjustable self-balancer with retracting line, that allows the tool to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes, reducing labor fatigue. Chucks and Inserts are sold separately, configured for your products and production*. *Please specify cap size(s) for proper chuck selection when ordering. It may be necessary to purchase additional chucks for different sized caps. We recommend purchasing additional inserts to have on hand for wear replacement.
The CST-6000-AP Automatic Bottle Cap Tightener is fully adjustable for caps from 8 mm to 110 mm in diameter and container heights from 1 to 14 inches. Construction features a heavy duty 304 Stainless steel welded C frame with stainless steel top and bottom belt plates. No change parts needed for a wide range of containers.
