We manufacture our Automatic Capper for liquid packaging lines here in our facility. It is flexible, durable and works with most containers and caps including flat caps, sport caps, metal lids and many others. It’s built on a heavy duty, tig welded, stainless steel frame with anodized aluminum plate construction to provide durability in almost any packaging environment. The modular design lets you start with just a cap tightener and easily add capabilities when you need them.
This Automatic Chuck Capper uses torque-open chuck design to place and torque caps automatically at speeds up to 20bpm. It comes standard with an Allen Bradley control package and powder-coated mild steel frame with interlocked polycarbonate safety doors. The single cam system, controls chuck height as well as the pick-off assembly. It comes equiped with sensors for empty chute, container in place, and container stand-by. It is capable of handling 1 bottle and 1 cap up to 33mm for straight and angled neck containers. The Automatic Chuck Capper is designed for flow-through integration with a 4.5” wide conveyor.
The special features of the Automatic Spray Bottle Capping Machine are its ability to maintain a constant torque in the application of each cap, and to handle special applications such as fragile caps or caps with very low torque requirements. In fact the torque value of each head can be regulated from 0,02 Nm to 6,0 Nm, and can be added as a recipe by using the operator panel. Therefore, for every cap, it’s possible to memorize the correct torque value, and when necessary, to recall it by simple use of a push button function.
