APACKS Automatic Linear Piston filler is an extremely flexible filler capable of filling accurately and rapidly any viscous liquids. Product delivery from your bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with a buffer tank utilizing a level-sensing float, a manifold with direct draw, or re-circulation methods. The APACKS Automatic Linear Piston Filler is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel frame and is capable of supporting 1 to 12 fill heads. PLC controls, touch screen HMI, food grade contact parts, stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction and many more features come standard. The Two Head Overflow Filler provides exceptional cosmetic fills for thin products by offering an all-inclusive, user- friendly production line. Econoline Systems include a 28 inch Rotary Loading Turntable, 10 foot Conveyor, your choice of four Automatic Fillers, Handheld Chuck Capper, plus one Chuck and Insert, and a 28 inch Rotary Accumulating Turntable. These systems are built with anodized aluminum construction and mounted on casters with leveling legs requiring only minimal assembly. PLC touch screen controls and DC gear motors on the Turntables and Conveyor come standard.
APACKS Semi-Automatic Overflow Filler is typically used in packaging applications where a consistent visual (cosmetic) fill level is required. The desired product to be filled is held in a stainless steel reservoir, then pumped into a manifold to disperse product to each of your filling nozzles. Once the product reaches your desired cosmetic fill level in each bottle, excess product or foam overflows back to the reservoir. Advantages of the Overflow Filler include even fill levels, variable pressure pump speed control (to reduce foam), and ease of operation. This Filler is manufactured with a heavy duty 304 stainless steel, tig-welded frame and is available with four fill heads. It also comes standard with PLC Controls and touch screen HMI, stainless steel Filling Heads, and Product Supply Pump (dependent on product), plus many more features. Options are available for even more versatility. Overflow Fillers are commonly used for filling beverages and other thin products.
APACKS’ Automatic Overflow Filler for Corrosive Products is engineered to fill products like acid solutions, etching chemicals, lime and calcium removers, pH lowering liquids, vinegar, citric concentrates, bleaches, brine solutions and more. The entire fluid path resists corrosion, from the pump to the check value. Built on a heavy duty, welded 304 stainless steel frame and mounted on four heavy duty leveling legs, this Filler offers superb flexibility with touch-screen PLC controls and adjustable nozzle stroke and nozzle spacing. The Corrosive Overflow Filler is available with one to sixteen heads and, like any of APACKS machines, can be designed for exterior corrosion resistance in environments that can shorten equipment life.
