APACKS entry level bench top piston filling machine for viscous liquids is a highly versatile, dependable, and accurate table top filling machine. This piston filler is capable of handling water thin to highly viscous products. This particular filler is often used when chunks or particles like you may find in salsa and some sauces need to be filled. This model features a highly accurate 3-way valve mechanism with fittings for the hopper, product cylinder and nozzle. Disassembly and cleaning is completed in a matter of minutes and typically requires no tools. The operator drops a line of flexible tubing into a drum or tank, adjusts the volume of fill to the desired setting and places an empty container under the filling nozzle. With a simple press of a foot pedal, the exact quantity of product is drawn from the drum and dispensed into the container. The machine operates one fill at a time, and stands by until the foot pedal is depressed again.

APACKS Semi-Automatic Overflow Filler is typically used in packaging applications where a consistent visual (cosmetic) fill level is required. The desired product to be filled is held in a stainless steel reservoir, then pumped into a manifold to disperse product to each of your filling nozzles. Once the product reaches your desired cosmetic fill level in each bottle, excess product or foam overflows back to the reservoir. Advantages of the Overflow Filler include even fill levels, variable pressure pump speed control (to reduce foam), and ease of operation. This Filler is manufactured with a heavy duty 304 stainless steel, tig-welded frame and is available with four fill heads. It also comes standard with PLC Controls and touch screen HMI, stainless steel Filling Heads, and Product Supply Pump (dependent on product), plus many more features. Options are available for even more versatility. Overflow Fillers are commonly used for filling beverages and other thin products.
APACKS’ Automatic Overflow Filler for Corrosive Products is engineered to fill products like acid solutions, etching chemicals, lime and calcium removers, pH lowering liquids, vinegar, citric concentrates, bleaches, brine solutions and more. The entire fluid path resists corrosion, from the pump to the check value. Built on a heavy duty, welded 304 stainless steel frame and mounted on four heavy duty leveling legs, this Filler offers superb flexibility with touch-screen PLC controls and adjustable nozzle stroke and nozzle spacing. The Corrosive Overflow Filler is available with one to sixteen heads and, like any of APACKS machines, can be designed for exterior corrosion resistance in environments that can shorten equipment life.
The Automatic Gravity Filler is ideal for filling thin liquids with consistent viscosity. Volumetric time gravity filling method produces repeatable and accurate fill volumes. The Gravity Filler is manufactured with a heavy duty 304 stainless steel, tig-welded tube frame and reservoir. It also features user friendly PLC controls and touch screen HMI panel. This filler is capable of accommodating up to 16 heads, and utilizes an automatic product level sensing float system for filling efficiency. This is an example of a semi-automatic aerosol filling line, perfect for small volume production. It features a semi-automatic operation capable of producing up to 1,200 to 2,400 aerosol containers per hour. The first operator loads containers on to our rotary loading table while inspecting the containers for imperfections. Filling, valve placement, valve crimping, gasser/shakers, and labeling are all automated. The second operator removes the spray cans from the rotary accumulating table, places the over cap, inspects, and places the finished product into cases. The third operator stacks the cases on pallets and preps the pallets for shipping.
