The LAW-5010-PL dispenses pressure-sensitive labels at a rate of up to 150 labels per minute (LPM) with extreme accuracy. This automatic labeling system comes equipped with a 79″ variable speed conveyor. Additional features include, a stepper motor drive for label, power assisted web take up, full wrap around or tamp station, auto speed adjust (all motors synchronized), and Photo Eye (non contact) sensors for label gaps and containers.

The ZDT-5160-PL Zero Down-Time Wrap Labeler provides an economical, self contained and easy-to-operate solution for pressure sensitive adhesive label application. The LAW-6150-PL one sided labeler is economical, self contained and easy to operate. This automatic one sided labeling system comes equipped with a 6-5/16 inch wide (adjustable) X 95 inch long variable speed high friction conveyor. Features include a stepper motor drive for label and power assisted web take up, automatic label head and conveyor belt speed synchronization, non contact photo eye sensors, and an auto teach function for new labels. Handles square, cylindrical and oblong containers.
The LAW-5160-PLHS High-Speed Servo Wrap Labeling System comes equipped with a Dual Roll Powered Unwind System. The Trunion-Style Wrap Labeler Station holds your containers true, providing consistent spacing through the wrap process. This prevents bottles from walking up and prevents skewing. It also eliminates the need for extra spacing, effectively allowing higher labeling speeds. With the Dual Roll Powered Unwind System, an alert allows your operator to splice on the fly, so you will not require shutdown of your labeler.
The LAT-3000-PL Continuous Duty Tamp Label Applicator is designed to provide years of trouble free service. Using a brushless DC motor the LAT-3000 offers a maximum web speed of 500″ per minute. Labels ranging in size from 1/2″ x 1/2″ to 5″ x 5″ are easily accommodated.
