We manufacture our Automatic T-Corker for liquid packaging lines here in our facility in Midwest USA. It is flexible, durable and works with most containers and t-corks. It’s built on a heavy duty, tig welded, stainless steel frame with anodized aluminum plate construction to provide durability in almost any packaging environment. The modular design lets you start with just a t-corker and easily add capabilities when you need them.
Our Pneumatic Handheld Capper is a portable cap tightener, capable of tightening or removing screw type caps. An adjustable clutch reduces cap damage and reduces insert wear. This Capper is pressure-activated, simply started by gently pushing down on top of the capped bottle. This means no on/off switches or levers. Once the cap is tight, the chuck automatically stops and you can move onto the next bottle. The CAH-2000 includes an adjustable self-balancer with retracting line, that allows the tool to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes, reducing labor fatigue. Chucks and Inserts are sold separately, configured for your products and production.
This Automatic Chuck Capper uses torque-open chuck design to place and torque caps automatically at speeds up to 20bpm. The single cam system, controls chuck height as well as the pick-off assembly. It comes equiped with sensors for empty chute, container in place, and container stand-by. It is capable of handling 1 bottle and 1 cap up to 33mm for straight and angled neck containers. The Automatic Chuck Capper is designed for flow-through integration with a 4.5” wide conveyor.
This semi automatic chuck capping machine was designed to be versatile and easy to use. After hand placing the caps on the bottles the capper finishes the job by diving down and tightening the cap the the desired torque.
