APACKS Automatic Linear Piston filler is an extremely flexible filler capable of filling accurately and rapidly any viscous liquids. Product delivery from your bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with a buffer tank utilizing a level-sensing float, a manifold with direct draw, or re-circulation methods. The APACKS Automatic Linear Piston Filler is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel frame and is capable of supporting 1 to 12 fill heads. PLC controls, touch screen HMI, food grade contact parts, stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction and many more features come standard. APACKS Automatic Piston Fillers are designed to add efficiency to any production line used in the cosmetic, food service, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. Additional options are available for sanitary, hazardous, flammable and corrosive environments.
Our AGA-1400-GE In-Line Aerosol Gasser/Shaker is manufactured for dependability, low maintenance and product producing quality. The simplicity of design provides precise cyclic motion that enhances absorption of propellant throughout the product more quickly and completely.
APACKS Automatic Pressure Overflow Filler is typically used in consumer packaging applications where a consistent visual (cosmetic) fill level is required. The desired product to be filled is held in a stainless steel reservoir, then pumped into a manifold to disperse product to each of your filling nozzles. Once the product reaches your desired cosmetic fill level in each bottle, excess product or foam overflows back to the reservoir. Advantages of the Overflow Filler include even fill levels, variable pressure pump speed control (to reduce foam), and ease of operation.
Here is a way to upgrade your manual filling system to increase production by automating your line with your existing 2-head table-top piston filler. This automation system includes a heavy duty stainless frame, touch screen controls, pneumatic indexing gates and sensors to prevent filling when no bottles are present or pause the line when the accumulator is full.
This is an example of a semi-automatic aerosol filling line, perfect for small volume production. It features a semi-automatic operation capable of producing up to 1,200 to 2,400 aerosol containers per hour. The first operator loads containers on to our rotary loading table while inspecting the containers for imperfections. Filling, valve placement, valve crimping, gasser/shakers, and labeling are all automated. The second operator removes the spray cans from the rotary accumulating table, places the over cap, inspects, and places the finished product into cases. The third operator stacks the cases on pallets and preps the pallets for shipping.
