Available in four different types of filling methods: The Volumetric Single Head Piston Filler comes in a variety of Piston sizes for either thin or thick products while the Single Head Positive Displacement Pump Filler can fill a wide range of product viscosities from 1oz to 1 gallon. The Gravity Filler fills thin liquids volumetrically-by-time and can be configured for two or four heads. The Two Head Overflow Filler provides exceptional cosmetic fills for thin products by offering an all-inclusive, user- friendly production line. Econoline Systems include a 28 inch Rotary Loading Turntable, 10 foot Conveyor, your choice of four Automatic Fillers, Handheld Chuck Capper, plus one Chuck and Insert, and a 28 inch Rotary Accumulating Turntable. These systems are built with anodized aluminum construction and mounted on casters with leveling legs requiring only minimal assembly. PLC touch screen controls and DC gear motors on the Turntables and Conveyor come standard.

The Positive Displacement Gear Pump Filler fills a wide variety of container sizes from 1 oz. to 1 gallon and is ideal for a products ranging in viscosity
Gravity
Volumetric-by-time fill method
2 or 4 Heads
Fills thin liquids
The Gravity Filler is ideal for a variety of thin products using the volumetric-by-time gravity filling method for 0.5oz to 1gal
Overflow
Cosmetic fill method
2 heads
Fills thin liquids
The Overflow Filler is ideal for a variety of thin products requiring a cosmetic fill for 1oz to 1gal
The APACKS Molten Filling Machine is designed to fill lip balms, candle wax, stick deodorants, lipstick, shoe polish, car wax, glycerin soaps and petrolatum based products that flow when hot and cool to a solid at ambient temperature. The FMI-6000-AP Molten Filling Machine accurately fill liquids, and liquified solids, into molds or containers at temperatures up to 200° Fahrenheit. The product tank and each fill head are heated and temperature controlled. All machine functions are PLC controlled.
Bulk bag fillers are also commonly known as big bag filling stations, bulk bag loaders, and big bag fillers. APACKS offers dry bulk material processing operations a bulk bag filler product line designed to fully integrate with upstream and downstream material processing systems. APACKS big bag fillers can fill up to 20 bulk bags per hour, using only one operator. Automatic and dust-free bag filling, weighing, and densification further combine to increase line throughput and reduce process costs. Constructed of heavy gauge carbon steel or type 304 stainless, the components and framework of every APACKS big bag filling station are built for trouble-free operation; even in rugged bulk bag filling process conditions and where demanding material handling requirements exist.
Here is a semi-automatic aerosol filling line that’s perfect for small volume production. It features semi-automatic operation to produce 1,200 to 1,800 aerosol containers per hour with only 4 operators. The first operator loads containers on to our rotary loading table while inspecting the containers for quality. Filling is performed by an automatic single head, or two head, tabletop piston filling machine for consistent filling volume. The second operator manually places the spray valve on the container. Both the single head valve crimper, gasser/shakers and labeling are automatic. The third operator takes the spray cans from the rotary accumulating table, puts the cap on, gives a final inspection and places the finished product into the cases. The fourth operator stacks the cases.
APACKS’ Automatic Overflow Filler for Corrosive Products is engineered to fill products like acid solutions, etching chemicals, lime and calcium removers, pH lowering liquids, vinegar, citric concentrates, bleaches, brine solutions and more. The entire fluid path resists corrosion, from the pump to the check value. Built on a heavy duty, welded 304 stainless steel frame and mounted on four heavy duty leveling legs, this Filler offers superb flexibility with touch-screen PLC controls and adjustable nozzle stroke and nozzle spacing. The Corrosive Overflow Filler is available with one to sixteen heads and, like any of APACKS machines, can be designed for exterior corrosion resistance in environments that can shorten equipment life.
