The Champion 700-BF is a Semi-automatic Case Erector. The 700-BF comes with extended side drive belts that are manually adjustable for different carton sizes. The 700-BF has a set of bottom flap folding plows and a center t-rail that support the carton. The 700-BF is an ideal machine for erecting and sealing the bottoms of empty cartons for packing at a later time.
The Champion 700-FC, Fully Automatic Side Belt Drive Top and Bottom Case Taper with Flap Closer will accept cartons automatically from a Powered Conveyor and will close all 4 carton flaps and then tape top and bottom. The machine will automatically meter cartons with a Photo Eyed Controlled Gating System. An advantage to our Flap Closer is the fully adjustable Plow System.

The 700-20 is a semi-automatic manually adjustable Side Belt Drive Case Sealer that is built with the operator and maintenance staff in mind. Threading of the Champion 502 or 503 Tape Head is very simple and the head is designed to be virtually maintenance free.
