Top Platen (Free Standing): Used for tall, light, or unstable loads. This device applies pressure to the top of the skid stabilizing the load for rotation. It comes with a 24″ diameter padded disc. No compressed air is required.

The Champion 800-RD, Random Size Semi-Automatic Top and Bottom Belt Drive Case Sealer requires an operator to hold the carton flaps closed before presenting to the machine. The 800-RD will automatically adjust to the size of the carton being presented to it. This machine is meant to be used in applications where every box being presented to the machine is a different size than the one before.
The Champion 700-BF is a Semi-automatic Case Erector. The 700-BF comes with extended side drive belts that are manually adjustable for different carton sizes. The 700-BF has a set of bottom flap folding plows and a center t-rail that support the carton. The 700-BF is an ideal machine for erecting and sealing the bottoms of empty cartons for packing at a later time.
