Sending Samples And Containers

We understand your desire and motivation to further develop your business. Your packaging needs cannot always be met by off-the-shelf equipment or routine options. APACKS wants to provide you with solutions tailored to your needs.

Providing you with a Budgetary Quote is a cooperative process. The first step is Sample Review. Whether you are interested in just one piece of equipment or a full line of packaging machinery, the opportunity for us to physically review and examine your finished products enables us to present you with the most appropriate solutions.

Please follow the Steps below to get the process started.

Sample Review Steps

  1. Send one (1) sample of each of your finished products you are looking to use on new equipment. (If you are just starting your project, you may not have finished samples. Therefore, please send one (1) sample of each container, corresponding cap and any other pertinent materials.)
  2. Supply as much information as possible for each container, cap, label, etc., if not already indicated, such as container, cap and label sizes.
  3. Include a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) on all applicable products.  In accordance with OSHA regulations, APACKS must have proper documentation of all hazardous chemicals.  Unfortunately, if MSDS is not included, it will be refused at the dock.
  4. Fill out the Sample/Container Packing List, send samples and MSDS, if applicable, to:

Your Sales Representative will let you know when he/she receives the samples. Once APACKS has reviewed your samples, your Sales Representative will present you with a Budgetary Quote for the appropriate equipment applicable to your project needs. If a third party is sending items on your behalf, please forward the Packing List to them to be included in the shipment.
