233 BPM Automatic Water and Juice Beverage Filling System for PET Bottles

Here is a complete bottle filling system for filling water and non-carbonated beverages in PET bottles. This is an automatic system that allows a single operator to monitor the rinsing, filling, capping, coding and labeling for filling PET bottles at the rate of 233 bottles per minute with non-carbonated beverages. This highly automated filling system, as shown, is designed for water bottlers. The diagram includes water sterilization and filtering. For other beverages, you only have to subsitute the water preparation with the correct product storage and preparation.
