    Our Automatic Pump Fillers easily handles a wide range of container sizes, fill volumes and product types. While originally designed for filling creams, gels and lotions these fillers also handle water thin and heavy paste products. This machine easily fills cosmetic creams, heavy sauces, thick shampoo and hair conditioners, honey, hair gels, paste cleaners, and car wax.

    Dispensing volume with this Automatic Inline Positive Displacement Pump Filler is accurately measured by reading the revolutions of the pump and motor assembly. Fill rates can be modulated by varying the motor speeds with ramp up and ramp down capability guaranteed to result in a clean end to your fill cycle.

Some of the products this machine easily fills are cosmetic creams, heavy sauces, various shampoos and conditioners, honey, gels, pastes, and car wax. With simple tool-less cleaning and our PLC control system, product changeover is extraordinarily fast and easy. 

    This Automatic Pump Filler is built with a 48″ heavy duty stainless steel frame. All contact parts are made of food grade materials. With our advanced color touch screen PLC control system, you can easily set up multiple fill stages to match the filler with your specific product characteristics. For example, one filling stage could initiate the filling process at a slower speed to minimize splashing, then rapidly increase fill speed for optimum output, and return to a reduced fill speed to provide necessary control at climax. This customization allows for the user to control all stages of the product filling operation.
