APACKS is proud to introduce our Econoline Filling Systems. This bottle filling system is the perfect addition to increase accuracy and production rates at the best price possible. This is your budget-minded, compact filling system to get your packaging process moving!

Offering an all-inclusive, user- friendly production line, Econoline Systems include a 28 inch Rotary Loading Turntable, 10 foot Conveyor, your choice of four Automatic Fillers, Handheld Chuck Capper, plus one Chuck and Insert, and a 28 inch Rotary Accumulating Turntable.

These systems are built with anodized aluminum construction and mounted on casters with leveling legs requiring only minimal assembly. PLC touch screen controls and DC gear motors on the Turntables and Conveyor come standard.

Available in four different types of filling methods: The volumetric Single Head Piston Filler comes in a variety of piston sizes for either thin or thick products while the Single Head Positive Displacement Pump Filler can fill a wide range of product viscosities from 1oz to 1gal. The Gravity Filler, filling thin liquids volumetrically-by-time, can be configured for Two or Four Heads and the 2 Head Overflow Filler provides exceptional cosmetic fills for thin products.

Choosing Your Code Format

Do not be afraid if this is your first adventure into equipment for bottling your products. You probably already know you need to put some sort of code on your container, but you may not know the three most critical decisions: what, where and how. Different industries, companies, state agencies and countries require different codes.

WHAT information do you want to communicate to consumers of your products and the various people who will handle it through your production and delivery chain, such as:

Exp (Date)
Batch (Number)
Best if used by: (Date)
Lot #: (Number)
Bottled on: (Date)
Internal code: A code no one but your company can understand; typically for reference, routing, tracking)
Country of origin: (Country)

WHERE do you want it placed? Or where will your consumers require it to be placed? Will it be on the side, shoulder or bottom of your container? Perhaps your customers require it on top of the cap. If you are packaging large quantities of generic product, and will private label them later as your orders come in, you may need a batch number printed on the container under the label. Many companies print the code directly onto the label (see Hot Stamp Coder).

HOW you code is very relevant to WHAT and WHERE you code, as well as other factors: line speed, environment, container, color, number of changeovers per day, etc. First, let’s examine the methods:

SIH-1000-AP Manual Induction Sealer

The SIH-1000 Induction Cap Sealer applies safety seals to caps for bottles and jars. It uses the principle of induction, an HF signal is amplified, then it is output through the induction coil. When containers with inner aluminum caps pass through the induction coil, vertex will occur and the instant heat produced makes the aluminum foil surface and the mouth of the bottle adhere together with a hermetic seal. The modularized transistor design of the our Induction Sealer ensures high working efficiency and low probability of breaking down.

The SIH-1000-AP Induction Sealer is designed for the needs of pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, pesticide, oil and chemical industries to provide leak-proof and tamper-proof container sealing. It can be used to seal different kinds of compound aluminum foil, such as PE, PET, PP and glass, etc.
