Details

Operator #1 manually loads empty bottles onto the 40” Rotary Loading Turntable. The empty bottles move down the 15’ Filler Conveyor where they are filled by an 8 Head Gravity or Overflow Filler at a rate up to 50bpm*. Once filled, bottles continue traveling down the Conveyor to the 6 Spindle Screw Capper. Caps are delivered through the delivery chute where they are picked up by the lip of the filled bottles and progress through 6 Spindles on the Capper where necessary torque is applied for appropriate closure. Capped bottles continue down the 12.5” Capper Conveyor to be labeled. A PSA Wrap Labeler, with integrated conveyor, applies pressure sensitive adhesive labels and bottles of finished product collect on the 40” Rotary Accumulating Turntable. Operator #2 manually removes the finished products for secondary packaging, such as Semi-Automatic Case Taping.
