Automatic Water Bottling Line With Bottle Rinser

Operator #1 manually loads empty bottles onto the 40” Rotary Loading Turntable. The empty bottles move down the 15’ Rinser Conveyor, are indexed into and are rinsed by the 8 Head Bottle Rinser. Transferred from the Rinser Conveyor to the 15’ Filler Conveyor, rinsed bottles are filled by an 8 Head Gravity or Overflow Filler at a rate up to 50bpm*. Once filled, bottles continue traveling down the Filler Conveyor to the 12.5’ Capper Conveyor and the 6 Spindle Screw Capper. Caps are delivered through the delivery chute where they are picked up by the lip of the filled bottles and progress through 6 Spindles on the Capper where necessary torque is applied for appropriate closure. Capped bottles continue onto the PSA Wrap Labeler and integrated conveyor. Pressure sensitive adhesive labels are applied and bottles of finished product collect on the 40” Rotary Accumulating Turntable. Operator #2 manually removes the finished products for secondary packaging, such as Semi-Automatic Case Taping.
