The automatic linear servo-driven pump filler from APACKS is capable of filling any viscosity product, 12 containers at a same time. It is recommended for a wide variety of products including cosmetics, personal care, foods, beverages, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc.
The brain of the APACKS Automatic Linear Servo-Driven Pump Fillers can fill up to 12 containers at the same time with virtually any product from thin and foamy to thick and stringy. is the Allen Bradley PLC controller which allows precision filling within a fraction of an ounce on the smallest of fills, to several gallon fills. Built on a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel frame with tig-welded construction, this unique filler features anodized aluminum plate and the highest quality components to ensure extended life in the harshest of applications. Engineered to fill your light to medium viscosity liquids with speed and accuracy, each pump is controlled with an individual servo motor which offers speed modulation and reverse (suck back) movement. Our servo controlled diving fill head bar provides push-button height adjustments between bottle height changes.
